Observations:

• • The price is based on 2 guests staying. Add €50 per night per additional guest.
• • Discounts: Two weeks 5%, Three weeks 10%, Four weeks 15%
• • The minimum stay is 5 nights, but reduced stays may apply upon request.
• • Car garage, Bed/bath linen and final cleaning included in the rental price.

Payments schedule:

• • 50% deposit to guarantee the booking.
• • 50% one month before the arrival.

Cancellation policy:

• • Full refund of the amounts paid if the property can further be rented to another guest on the same dates.

House rules:

• • Standard check-in time is 16:00 pm (except other agreements).
• • Standard checkout time is 11:00 am (except other agreements).
• • The rental property is a strictly non-smoking property; smoking is only permitted in the outdoor spaces.
• • Animals are not allowed, except with the owner’s specific authorisation.
