El Badiu (The Veranda) is a 200m2 (2,150 ft2) duplex apartment equipped with a master suite and two junior suites, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen-dining space, an spacious living room with fireplace and a spectacular south-facing veranda terrace, with an outside barbecue and exclusive views over the old quarter of Girona.

Its capacity is up to 6 guests.

  • First floor:
    • 1 Master suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom
    • 2 Junior suites with one single bed plus one trundle bed and ensuite bathroom
    • In one of these junior suites the two single mattresses can be joined at the same level to create a double bed
  • Second floor:
    • Fully equipped kitchen
    • Living & dining room with fireplace
    • Toilette
    • Veranda with outside fireplace and barbecue

Facilities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi broadband Internet access, TV with satellite channels, subscription video platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) and sound system with Bluetooth connection.

Services like breakfast, grocery purchase, private chef, babysitter, baby cot and chair, daily cleaning are available upon request.

  • The minimum stay is 5 nights, but reduced stays may apply upon request.
  • Car garage, Bed/bath linen and final cleaning included in the rental price.

Payments schedule:

  • 50% deposit to guarantee the booking.
  • 50% one month before the arrival.

Cancelation policy:

  • If the Tenant terminates the contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement accepting the same terms, the Owner is entitled to keep the amounts already paid as a penalty fee.

    If the property can further be rented to another guest on the same dates, the Owner will refund the Tenant the amounts already paid less the amount corresponding to one night in order to cover the cancellation costs.

House rules:

  • Standard check-in time is 16:00 pm (except other agreements).
  • Standard checkout time is 11:00 am (except other agreements).
  • The rental property is a strictly non-smoking property; smoking is only permitted in the outdoor spaces.
  • Animals are not allowed, except with the owner’s specific authorisation.
