- • 50% deposit to guarantee the booking.
- • 50% one month before the arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- • Full refund of the amounts paid if the property can further be rented to another guest on the same dates.
House rules:
- • Standard check-in time is 16:00 pm (except other agreements).
- • Standard checkout time is 11:00 am (except other agreements).
- • The rental property is a strictly non-smoking property; smoking is only permitted in the outdoor spaces.
- • Animals are not allowed, except with the owner’s specific authorisation.
